We pride ourselves on providing quality service to you and your pet. Quality, to us, means that you AND your pet are happy and that your home is safe. We want you to have peace of mind while you are vacationing, working long hours or attending to family and personal needs away from the home. We believe that we can accomplish that by providing our clients with a wide range of services. We will be happy to customize a package that suits your needs; just ask!

We care for dogs, cats and other small domestic pets such as fish, rabbits, hamsters, birds, etc. We also provide care for reptiles.

Pet Sitting
Going on vacation or a business trip? We will care for your pet and home in your absence. Rates are based on the amount of time spent performing services, not on the number of pets.

Mid-Day Visits/Daily Walks
This service is perfect for the owner who works long hours or has a special needs pet at home. We can provide a dog walk, romp time in your fenced in yard, administer medications or just give a little extra companionship to your pet.

Pet Taxi Service
If your pet needs to visit the veterinarian or groomer and you just don’t have the time, let us help. We will safely transport your pet to and from your home and stay with your pet during a veterinarian visit.

Errand Service
Not enough time in one day to do all the running around that needs to get done? Whether you need dry cleaning picked up, a package delivered to the post office, a gift purchased, food from the pet store or other errand completed, we can help.

Rates

Initial Consultation - Free
When you call Piper’s Pet Sitting Service we will schedule a complimentary initial consultation. This offers a chance for us to get to know you and your pet, tour your home and discuss your needs. This consultation is required for all new clients and must be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours prior to service.

Regular Visit - $18
This service is perfect for the home with 3 pets and lasts 30 minutes. For the well being of your pet, we require that dogs have a minimum of 3 visits per day and cat-only homes have 1 visit per day.

Value Visit - $15
This visit is ideal for the pet that needs a mid-day potty break or walk (ideal for puppies or senior pets), or caged animals/fish-only homes. Also recommended for a pet who needs mid-day medication or whose owners work at least 10 hours a day. These visits last 15 minutes.

Longer visits, including overnights, are available. Please call to discuss the best service options for your pet.

Pet Taxi - $25 for first hour, $12 each additional hour plus $.40 per mile in excess of 10 miles round trip from your home (1 hour minimum charge)
This service is ideal for the pet that needs a grooming or veterinarian visit when his owner is not home. (Please provide a proper carrier for your cat or small animal.)

Errand Service - $25 for first hour, $12 each additional hour plus cost of item(s) and $.40 per mile in excess of 10 miles round trip from your home (1 hour minimum charge)
Save up those errands and let us do them for you. We will visit the post office, dry cleaner, pet store, grocery store or perform other similar errands to accommodate your busy schedule.

Additional Charges

Travel Time
View our map to determine if you are located in our service area. For those clients outside the normal area there is an additional charge of $1 per mile each way, past the service area. For example, travel 1 mile outside service area incurs a $2 additional charge ($1 for one mile each way), travel 4 miles outside service area incurs a $8 additional charge ($4 dollars each way).

Holidays
There is a $5 additional charge, per visit, on the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Every referral that books service with us earns you $5 on your account, which will be credited to your next service.

**VALUE VISIT PACKAGES**
• 5 consecutive days… $70 ($5 savings) must be paid in full prior to service.
• 4 consecutive weeks (total of 20 visits)…
      $270 with weekly payments of $67.50 ($30 savings)
      $260 if paid in advance of service ( $40 savings)

• Mail/paper pick up
• Moving trash/recycling bins
• Indoor & outdoor security check
• Indoor plant care
• Rotating lights and window coverings
• Daily updates (via email or written note); and of course…

QUALITY pet care (feeding & fresh water with clean bowls, litter box maintenance, brushing, play time, walks, etc.). We will also administer medication (oral or subcutaneous) to your pet if needed.

Additional Services

Extra services you may need, including nail clipping and teeth cleaning (for tolerant pets only), outdoor plant/lawn watering, bird feeder/bath maintenance and similar tasks, are $3-$6 extra per 15 minutes. Depending on the service(s) requested, an Extended or Hourly visit may be recommended.
